Yes. We are a small bridal shop. ALL appointments are private for you and your group. We prefer no more than 6 guests during your booked appointment.  You can book an appointment 24/7 here on our website.

Dress in something comfortable and easy to get off and on. You can also bring a strapless bra or body slimmer undergarment if you would like to. Also shoes that may resemble your wedding day shoes is a plus. 

Proper undergarments are required from the waist down.

We do not provide in-house alterations. We have multiple seamstresses that we refer our clients to depending on timeframe and the specific scope of what needs to be done to your dress to get the perfect fit. We work with seamstresses all over Florida - for those who are visiting us from out of town. We do all of the fitting, clamping, and pinning in house to get your measurements marked before we work together to get it to the seamstress.

We have a significant selection of off the rack gowns. You can leave with your dress the day of to either take home or head straight to alterations.

For off the rack gowns that need alterations we have local seamstresses that we work with. The timing of your alteration depends on how much needs to be done. 10-12 weeks is recommended for the heaviest alterations.

For our orderable gowns we typically recommend six to nine months from your first appointment with us. This includes standard shipping times and 10-12 weeks for alterations.

We purchase pre-owned gowns, NWT (new with tag) gowns, & sample designer gowns. 

Our "Buy Sessions" are every 6-8 weeks . Please submit your items via text message 352-559-5071 or email details to theweddingcyclegnv@gmail.com . Details to send us; size, color, year purchased, designer name, style number and any photos of the gown. 

Donations are welcome , a drop off appointment is still needed.

Please be patient with us, we have a high volume of request for dress purchases as we are the only shop that offers this in the Gainesville area.
